Why can’t I update to to the latest version of ios 12 on iphone 6. When I click the software update page it says that ios 12.2 is the latest version and that my software is up to date. Please help. Thank you in advance!

You can update to iOS 12.4.7.
You need to make sure you are not running iOS Beta.
If you are, you need to delete the Profile and update iOS using computer iTunes.
