IOS is not updating to latest version

I am using IPhone 6, IOS version on my phone is 12.4.3, but the latest version of IOS available currently is 13.2.3. When I try to update software manually it says “your software is up to date “. Please help me to update my phone to the latest version of iOS.

The message is correct. The iPhone 6 can not be upgraded beyond iOS 12.4.3.

Thanks a lot for response, can this be a reason of my phone not connecting to wifi networks? When I am very close to the WiFi router it connects, several steps away and it drops the connection.
