Activation Lock

iphone 5s. So my aunt bought this phone years ago and she gaved it to me reacntly and it fell down and i had to repair it with hard reset but now i cant turn it on because my aunt forgot her apple id and password what should? Bring phone to the store?

ACTIVATION LOCK I gave my young sister my old iPhone 6 and she forgot the apple ID and password she used to set it up. Now I can't use it because it's essentially locked. Until the link to the forgotten apple ID is removed I can not use it.
