Answered my own question - I connected an Onkyo 5.1-Channel Home Theater Speaker System using a Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI cable. The HDMI male connected to the Onkyo, and the Thunderbolt 3 male connected to the built-in port on the Mac Pro Tower (2019). Got the cable from Monoprice.
