Hi there we have been gifted an itunes card, however the email sent has no code or pin as
to redeem it with, can someone help with this? The sender was already charged for the gift card as well, 2 weeks ago and still nothing to either email address.

no its not there and both myself and sender have checked multiple times. They have even been charged for the card.
They have tried several times and I have as well and we keep being sent to a link that hasn’t helped.
