OS X MOUNTAIN LION INSTALL ERROR

Good evening, hope everyone is well. Out of no where my computer just shut off. At first I opened it and it was saying I was putting the incorrect password although obviously I was putting it in correct. After I was receiving a folder with a question mark when I tried to start it up. Now I’m trying to reinstall is X Mountain Lion. But I get stuck on this and can’t get past I’ve use two hard drives and both have been unlucky. If anyone could help I would appreciate it thank you in advance.
