If it’s stuck on the Apple logo and won’t boot, you need a computer to reset it.
but first, try this:
1) force restart
press vol up and then vol down and then press and hold the side button till the phone shuts off. Keep holding till you see the Apple logo and release.
2) updating/restoring
press vol up and then vol down and then press and hold the side button till the phone shuts off. Keep holding even if you see the Apple logo, and release when you see the connect to computer logo. Connect the device to the computer, and open iTunes and click update iPhone. If it fails, click Restore iPhone. If it fails again, go online and search how to put your iPhone into DFU mode as it’s model specific.
