Total daily calories burned on watch face in addition to app

Is there a way to ask Apple to add this as a feature to the Apple Watch. I know a lot of Fitbit users that don’t convert because the Apple Watch does not have this option. Seems like a simple fix?? It is the reason I took so long to buy into the Apple Watch.
