Apple id locked

My apple id for icloud and itune is .....@icloud.com and my and for recovery they are sending emial on icloud mail but i am not receiving the emial and the account is not getting unlocked what can i do..?

Apple ID locked for security reasons. How can unlock my Apple ID if my email is stoped working with ID, and my personal information, what I used in the past a couple times they were ok, don't seem to work anymore? thank you 4 your help.

Locked Apple ID So I have no idea how this happened but my apple ID got locked and I am unable to to unlock it. I don't have security questions option only able to send instructions to my email. The problem with this is that I can't sign into my icloud email to access the email that's probably been sent 15+ times lol. Please let me know what I can, shouldn't, and can't do. I've also tried to download the support app and was unable to do that. I've just made a new icloud for the mean time to make this post.

See - If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support.
