I can´t see my icloud photos

I deleted all my photos on my device because I have them in icloud, but now I cant see them in icloud.

Is there a way to restore? I don´t understand why I don´t have them.

When you deleted them from your device, you also deleted them from iCloud. Try checked the Recently Deleted folder to see if they may be there.
