My Macbook is;
MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2013) [MacBookAir6,2] Catalina 10.15.4
I'm trying to update to Catalina 10.15.5, but after update,
again the message appeared which means you can get new update(10.15.5)
Is MacBookAir6,2 out of support model for 10.15.5?

That model supports Catalina. Have you checked About This Mac from the Apple menu to see if you are actually updated? If not, then Download and Install the macOS Catalina 10.15.5 Combo Update.

I've the same issue. Currently my Mac (MacBook Pro Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) is on 10.15.4 and I get an option to update to 10.15.5 in System Preference. When I click that I've been asked to Restart and instead of continuing the update the option to Restart popsup again. any idea?

This Mac is not for my business but shared personal uses by me & wife & daughters, that's chaos ! (haha!)
So I want to try the way your suggestion, but I can't do that now 'cause I found almost full of HDD.
I'll try to update again maybe this weekend with HDD clean up, THANKS ! !
