Change the name of a Bluetooth accessory - Apple Support. I have done so for my AirPods.

For an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, go Settings > General > About > Name. Change the name there.

On a Mac, go Apple menu > System Preferences > Sharing > Computer Name.
