I want to purchase a new phone from Apple and I have already backed my phone up to the cloud. I wanted to know if I can access all of my information from my iPad once I get the new phone? I don’t have a computer with I tunes, just the iPad Pro and the phone.

Your iPhone backup should contain most of your data, check you can access what you need on your iPad now, but iCloud should have your data syncing between devices. Make sure you check your photos and music, Apple Music will appear once you sign back in. Photos will sync if you have iCloud photos enabled.
As long as you continue to use the same AppleID, your iPad should not be impacted.
