Adding Apple TV+
Hi, we're trying to use our apple tv+ on our new apple tv, but the app won't show up. When we go to the TV app on the apple tv, none of the apple tv+ movie or tv shows are found. How can we get these?

You may want to update to tvOS 13. Apple TV+ may require “the latest version software”.
In the Apple TV app, go to the Watch Now tab, then scroll down to Available Apple TV Channels, then select the circular ‘tv+’ icon.
