Receiving constant messages

I’ve been receiving 2 messages daily from the past 3-4 months from “BP-BSNLCS”. I have an iPhone 11. I delete the messages also, but they still come everyday at around 6-7 AM. I’ve tried everything, from blocking it to disable the notifications of messages, but they still come everyday at around 6-7 AM Below is also the screenshot for the same.
