Voicemail on iphoneXs
My voicemail doesn’t come on even though I set up new voicemail by a Voice App on iPhone Xs
iPhone XS Max, iOS 13
Check with your carrier, as they’re the folks in control of that.

This Voice app you mention in your initial post, is that something you got from Verizon? I know they have some different methods for handling voicemail.
