Wardmom,

If you started the Apple Music free trial, and did not cancel, then after 90 days it automatically converted to a paid subscription.

Just to make sure, did you see the 9.99 charge on your Apple account, or somewhere else? if it really was on your Apple account, follow this refund procedure: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

I did not start a trial. I do not listen to music on an iPad, an iPod, or on A computer of any kind. So to my knowledge I did not sign up for a music account. I feel $9.99 has been illegally taken from my funds. I request a refund.
