My Macbook Air 2018 is very slow and lags while scrolling and resizing windows

I have MacBook Air 2018 running on Catalina and it lags just in normal web browsing and in resizing windows and app opening time is also too much.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

Please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.
