Can't install XCode

I'm trying to download XCode from App Store but the app can't be installed because macOS version 10.15.2 or later is required.

I'm using MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6. My IMac is Mac (21.5-inch, Mid 2010).

How do I solve this?

Thanks!

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.13

You don't through the Mac App Store, unless you want to upgrade your Mac to Catalina.

You could try signing into the Apple Developer site with your Apple ID, and see if it lets you without registering for a free, or fee developer account. If it allows you to sign in, then download Xcode 10.1, or Command-line tools for Xcode 10.1 from the scrollable list. These versions are the last for High Sierra.
