Is it possible to replace the butterfly mechanism in a MacBook Pro 2018 by a Magic Keyboard (scissor mechanism)? And if it is, what would be the approximative cost?

Sorry this is not possible.
A replaced part gets the same part as the machine originally shipped with,
even under the repair program.
