MacBook Pro 16 overheating problem

I bought the product four months ago, after a normal using of Photoshop and Adobe suite the battery is not durable (max 4 hours of usage) and I have a lot of issues for the overheating, in particular the fans turns on doing noise and the case is very hot . How is it possible to have this with a new product? Does anyone have the same problem?

I had the same problem not only with one with two Macs, I bought the Mac overheated and changed it for another, and it was the same "Apple already has to know the problem, many people are having the same problem.
