Only allow Child's iPhone to use home WiFi when at home

Is there a way to prohibit my child from turning off WiFi on his iPhone X when he is on our home WiFi network? I don't want him to have the ability to bypass my router by turning off WiFi thus enabling the mobile LTE network. I currently use Screen time restrictions but I don't see any options that will help me out with this. Does anyone know the answer or have any suggestions if iOS doesn't support this features?

You are right. There is no straightforward options in Screen Time to achieve what you are seeking.

There is one workaround. You can open Settings ➔ Cellular and under Cellular Data you can turn the switch off for all the apps that you do not wish your child to use LTE. Then ensure that in Screen Time restrictions, Cellular Data Changes is set to DON'T ALLOW.

As you may have sensed it, the drawback here is that if your child attempts to use those apps when there is no WiFi network available then s/he won't be able to unless you change the settings again.
