Can’t factory reset MacBook Pro 2011

I pressed command R ok the start up and option command P R

generally I tried all possible ways to factory reset my MacBook or reinstall macOS because it is very slow (even tho the free space is very big) and I just can’t . Any help please,

Command+Option+R to boot to Internet Recovery and install the most current OS your Mac can handle.

Shift+Command+Option+R to boot to Internet Recovery and install the OS that shipped with your Mac.


Option+Command+P+R just resets the VRAM.
