Iphone XR unlock issue

Hello,

I turned off my location services today and accidentally hit the camera button and then I keep getting this pop up message: TURN ON LOCATION SERVICES TO ALLOW "CAMERA" TO DETERMINE YOUR LOCATION and it shows two options: SETTINGS & CANCEL.

When I try to click either, both are not working. I cannot shut down my phone since my screen won't respond to anything. I tried taking the sim out and putting it back in as well. Nothing seems to be working. At this point, I am waiting for my phone to die . Is there anything else I can do?

PLEASE HELP ME.
