restore iPhone
iPhone won't get out of recovery mode, after we tried recovering it, it goes back to the same screen. says(support.apple.com/iphone/restore)

You need to connect it using the instructions here for Recovery Mode, and use a computer with the latest version of iTunes. If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
