Downloading Windows

I have just started a course but need windows software. Is there anyway of accessing this on a MacBook Pro (2019)?

There are also "virtual machines" that let you install Windows rto be run in emulation mode. Still, you have to source a copy of Windows through Microsoft, not Apple.
