can we use Windows software on Mac mini (M1 chip) new model.

VMWare has zero. Parallels supposedly has a public beta

that according to rumors can only run ARM based flavors

of Linux and the developers version of ARM Windows which

you need to be a Microsoft developer to get.

Good to know. Hadn't realized.


I have a M1 Mac mini sitting on my desk that has been little more than an expensive paperweight due to usability issues with Big Sur. Latest hiccup is that it will not recognize my APPLE wired keyboard, and I'm not going to buy a cheap USB keyboard only for THAT to become a paperweight once the latest issues are fixed in the next? update.
