Unable to update billing information in iCloud

Hello,


recently my Visa card expired and I received a new one.


Now I am unable to update billing information in iCloud as the new card keeps getting declined.


I already made some online purchases with the new card so the card should be fine.


I cannot login to Apple pay since the service is not supported in my country, paypal is not supported in iCloud so I do not know what to do and I could be left without iCloud storage.


Do you have any solutions?

I recently had to get a new credit card and I would like to continue monthly automatic payments for icloud to this new credit card and I have spent more than 30 minutes trying to speak or contact an icloud support representative who can help. It is totally unacceptable and disgusting that I cannot make contact with an Apple representative to resolve this issue. Please give me a number to call or a person that I can text my report no is ****

I am going OUT of my MIND trying to get in touch with YOU PEOPLE !!!!! I have tried for over 90 minutes to get my new credit card numbers to you for my 99 cents monthly billing. THIS is without a doubt the MOST EXASPERATION situation YOU have put me through 🤯 ?….
