iTunes/AppStore disabled

It won’t allow me to download any apps on my iPhone 6 because it says my iTunes/AppStore account has been disabled. I tried looking everywhere but couldn’t figure out how to fix this problem. Is there something I can do to figure this out?

According to: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

"When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help."
