Try switching Safari from Desktop to Mobile browsing mode.
At your bank’s log-in page, tap the aA icon at the left of the Address Bar, then touch Website Settings, deselect Request Desktop Website, then tap Done.
Proceed with login.

This is not a problem with the bank. It is a problem with Safari. I can access the account through Chrome. Something happened on the update that has changed my Safari.
