live wallpaper

i recently got the iphone se2 and it is not giving me the option to set a live photo as my wallpaper.

iPhone SE, iOS 13

You are correct. Live Wallpaper is not a feature, at this time, for the New iPhone SE.

I've seen a lot of talk about this. Some say it works, but most say it doesn't. You can provide feedback to Apple here, Feedback - iPhone - Apple or you can contact Apple Support and ask them about it.
