How can I download a installer for High Sierra from a machine running Catalina

Important: To get the correct installer, download from a Mac that is using macOS Sierra 10.12.5 or later, or El Capitan 10.11.6

Is there any work around for this?

If you have previously purchased and upgraded to High Sierra using your Mac App Store account.

Go to the Mac App Store, open your Previously Purchased App's and download it from there.

If you want or need an easy way to make a bootable installer on a flash drive?

Then DiskMaker X can easily do that do that for you.
