Hi just upgraded to the latest software Catalina but cvs files all open up to Numbers. It's pretty annoying. I've tried all of usual suggestions, click on the the file before opening to open with excel. But, the next time I open another cvs file, it did not change the default.
How can I change the default to Excel
Select a cvs file, press "Command+i", in the Get Info window, change "Open with:" to Excel then press the "Change All…" button.

Use the Change All button to change all of them.
