my apple watch is glitching, like somebody is touching and using it without touching it

my apple watch is glitching as if somebody is touching it, i can not control it at all. i have tried resetting it and its still doing it, what can i do ?

Apple Watch Series 3 Zooming Glitch So for some reason my Apple Watch (since i got it last year) has this weird glitch. The screen acts as if I touched it by zooming in and out without stopping. Apple Watch acting strange my Apple Watch was working perfectly till yesterday but now its acting weird. it continues to scroll up or down very slowly or zooms in/out very slowly even without any contact. I tried restarting it and hard rebooting it (holding down the crown and side button for 10 secs) but to no avail. it display's the time and other info just fine. is connected to my phone and tracking activity no problem. just the screen zooms in/out or scrolls up/down very slowly when I get a notification or open an app. wondering if anyone can help me out. I have the Apple Watch series 4 Ver . 6.1 (17S84) Model MTUH2LL/A Thanks

First restart the Watch and if that does not work, please reset it. Finally if you continue to have problems, you can call AppleCare.
