App charges

I recently looked at my app purchase history and saw that somehow i was subscribed to a 2nd phone number app. I have no idea how this downloaded, i did not search it nor do i have a need for it and also i cant afford it due to losing my job during this pandemic. Ive been charged $11.85 about 10 times. Is there a way to refund this?
