If i reset my watch to unpair from old iphone, will it erase my cellular data?

i am trying to pair my watch with my new phone but i can't find the i icone and they said i have to reset, i am scared that it will erase my cellular data.

You shouldn't worry about deleting cellular data- there's not really anything to delete.
