install MacOS Catalina: An error occurred validating the installer data. The download is either damaged or incomplete.

I'm trying to install MacOS Catalina on my Mac; But, I get this message every time i try "An error occurred validating the installer data. The download is either damaged or incomplete."

Delete any copy of "Install macOS Mojave" from the Applications folder. Try downloading it again while in Safe Mode.
