How can i get animoji on my ipad 10.2

This is not possible on lesser and older iPad models because most lesser and older iPads do not have the more sophisticated Face ID cameras needed to use the Animoji feature.

You need the newer 2018/2020 iPad Pro models and newer iPhone models to use the Animoji feature.
