CHARGING PROBLEM -Iphone X

hi, me and my friend have problem about charging our iphone x. Everytime it reached 80% of charging it seems it always stopped charging, I mean it always stucks on 80% .I’m using my ipad charger and I also tried my iphone x and iphone 6s charger but still the same. I already ask apple support with this and they advised that I need to reset my phone but I already did that but nothing change. I doubt that the problem is on my battery because our battery health is still 82% and it is in normal peek performance.

Please help me how to fix it.
