macbook pro retina 15 early 2013 battery replacement

Hi all,

I know my model is "vintage" nowadays, but I would like to change the battery. Actually I have a problem with the speakers also. They're gone (there's a terrible noise when they play bass). So at first I've tried to replace them. Unfortunately one of the torx of the left speakers has a ruined head and it's not possible to unscrew it (well not for me at least).

So I wonder if I got my battery replaced, they will replace the top case as well (including the speakers) or just the battery. It would cost around 299€ (around 324$). I know it's a lot, but I would like to keep this Mac in acceptable working condition, it still matches my everyday needs.

MacBook Pro, OS X 10.11
