AirPods Pro Sound Quality

My AirPods pros sound quality isn't terrible but it isn't good when connected to my iPhone 11. but when I connect to my MacBook Air (2015) the sound quality is terrific I get audio swaying and great bass. but when I connect to my iPhone it just lacks that good audio quality that I get when connected to my MacBook. Any Recommendations??
