i m thinking about to get an apple watch. but silver case with black strap. is it possible to switch the white strap to black strap at buying at the same time?

Yes, it actually is! Pick on the Apple Watch model you want as a base line, and then click on the rainbow button with Apple Watch Studio customizations. Be sure to choose the correct size you wish to buy, and the material you want. (My personal recommendation is 44mm, with Aluminum.) Hope this helps!
