Trouble with gps for workout app

Hello all, please understand being simple for quicker understand.

I am using the basic workout app, I did 30 min outdoor bike
I realized that gps is not available for my 30min outdoor riding
I tried everything what the apple community said, I found one thing which is unusual.
When I go to setting -> privacy -> location services-> There is no "Apple workout"
Thus, I cannot set up the gps for my workout i guess

Does anyone know how can I have the "Apple workout" back?

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

The next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup:

Unpair and re-pair the watch and selelect setup as new,you will be asked if you want to enable route tracking answer yes and you will be able to select while using the app in location settings on the phone in Settings/Privacy/Location Services/Apple Watch Workout.
