Memories videos created in Photos sometimes do not play the audio from individual video clips, even after setting the clip audio to “Low” or “High” and saving the movie.

No matter how many time I go in there it won’t work on certain clips. I’ve edited, and saved, and verified sound on individual clips was on HIGH. Every time I go to replay the memory, the clip is once again muted. My side mute button is off, my volume is high. I hear sound from some clips, and not others. Always the same ones I’m not hearing.
