So ever since Apple introduced the Dark Mode feature and I opted to go with it my emails to clients have either been invisible or missing text all together. Sometimes showing up white against a white background on their end.
Even in tests to my GMail I've noticed the same issues.
Has anyone had the same issue and if so what did you do to fix this?

The work around is don't use dark mode to resolve your issue.
