How to open stuck SIM tray on iPhone SE? I'm afraid of permanently jamming the tray in place if I apply any more pressure on the pin.

Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

The above may help...it usually comes out only a little bit then you have to pull it the rest of the way out with your finger and thumb...
