My computer is not able to upgrade to Catalina. How can I find macOS high sierra? It does not show up in my app store.

Thank you but I’ve already tried this link and it just directs to my App Store and still cannot find High Sierra or any other macOS besides Catalina
Use Safari as your browser to click on that link, it will take you to
the High Sierra page on the App Store.
I tried Safari and I just get a screen that says "Connecting to the Mac App Store..." We are unable to find ITunes on your computer. I have iTunes. I've used it many time.
