I want to update from High Sierra to Catalina. I've looked in the App store and Catalina isn't available to me. Can I do this somehow.

MacBook Pro 15″, OS X 10.11

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your MacBook Pro is a 2012 or newer model, click on Catalina.

Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 to scan for it. To check other programs, click here and look them up.
