Contact Apple Support:

Where are you seeing this? If it is an eMail, then it may be a scam. So, just forward the message off to Apple (send it to: reportphishing@apple.com), Trash the message, and then remove it from your Trash or Archive folders. So, contact Apple Support about this. They'll see what is going on and will run you through the fix.
