iPod is disabled ios13
How do I get my iPod out of the disabled mode? It says connect to iTunes. I’ve tried connecting to my pc and holding down sleep and home buttons. Nothing happens.

If your iPod is disabled, you will need to erase it.
Follow the steps in this article:

If you have a backup you can restore it from that
